Sales Finance Manager I

This role is a Sales Finance Manager who will act as a mini-CFO for sales divisions, driving goal-setting, revenue insights, forecasting, and performance management. The role involves partnering with sales leaders on P&L improvement, identifying trends, and consulting on strategic business decisions. A key aspect is leveraging AI and technical expertise for quantitative modeling and analysis, and using AI to optimize repetitive processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive goal-setting, forecasting, revenue insights and performance management for key sales divisions.
  2. Partner with the Sales and Sales Strategy & Operations teams on developing insights and trend analysis of revenue drivers.
  3. Leverage AI and technical expertise to execute quantitative modeling and analysis.
  4. Provide weekly and quarterly reporting and insights for a senior Executive Team audience.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, business, engineering or 5+ years of experience in sales finance, investment banking, consulting or a related quantitative field.
  • Well experienced with providing strategic advice to senior sales leaders.
  • Exceptional spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial models and dashboards.
  • Experience using AI (including prompting and building agents) to optimize repetitive processes and make time for strategic thought partnership with Sales and Product.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Google Slides).
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver against timelines.

Nice to have

  • Basic SQL experience is preferred but not required.
