Sales Intern role for rising seniors interested in sales, consulting, or business operations. The program offers hands-on exposure to Allstate's sales channels, including inside and field sales, with opportunities to analyze customer interactions, support agent initiatives, and understand sales strategy execution. Focuses on developing foundational skills in communication, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Observe and support customer engagement across channels such as phone, chat, and digital platforms to understand how customer needs are identified and addressed
  2. Assist in reviewing and summarizing customer interaction data to identify common trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement
  3. Learn how sales professionals uncover customer needs and recommend solutions through structured sales conversations
  4. Partner with field sales leaders to learn how agent-facing strategies and communications are developed and delivered
  5. Assist in preparing materials, communications, and presentations for field sales initiatives
