Sales Leader, Enterprise (greater China Region)

Zendesk is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader with deep experience in Commercial and Enterprise sales across the Greater China region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). The role is based in Singapore and reports to the Regional Vice President, Asia Sales. Responsibilities include leading sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, coaching sales professionals, driving customer success, pipeline management, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Fluency in Mandarin and strong cultural insight into the GCR market are essential. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS sales within CX, CRM, AI, or related sectors. Experience in GCR market dynamics, channel partnerships, and using Salesforce is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage the Commercial and Enterprise sales teams for the Greater China region to consistently meet and exceed quota.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the GCR market dynamics for Enterprise and Commercial segments.
  3. Build trusted advisor relationships with senior-level stakeholders and key accounts across industries.
  4. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and channel partners to optimize the end-to-end sales cycle and customer experience.
  5. Own pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and deal progression to support regional sales targets.
