Sales Leader for Enterprise (South East Asia) at Zendesk, responsible for leading a team of sales specialists, developing and executing a long-term growth plan, expanding partnerships, and driving new business with key accounts. Requires extensive experience in software/SaaS sales leadership and closing enterprise deals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working with the regional GTM team (from Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Success, Services and the Sales Development) to build and execute on a regional sales plan
  2. Provide strong leadership, vision and direction.
  3. Working with our regional Alliances team to identify, source, onboard appropriate channel & alliances partners and to drive revenue through both direct and indirect channels.
  4. Set and execute customer acquisition strategy across Direct inbound and through our Partner ecosystem.
  5. Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, includes recruiting, on-boarding and training new sales reps and sales managers.

What the JD emphasized

  • 15+ years in software/SaaS (ideally in a CX, CRM, AI)
  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience with 6-8 seniors AEs in the team within software/SaaS organizations on a SEA regional role.
  • Experience sales teams selling to enterprise accounts & closing deals ranging from <$100KARR to $1M+ ARR deal.
