Sales Manager for Unity's Industry sales across EMEA, leading an Enterprise sales team and focusing on revenue growth for their Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. Requires strategic leadership, team management, cross-functional collaboration, and complex deal negotiation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the EMEA region
  2. Lead 4-5 Senior Sales Executives and deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while building relationships with customer executives and business decision makers
  3. Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements
  4. Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap and increase market presence
