Sales Manager for Cloudflare's Gaming & iGaming segment in EMEA, responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, driving new business revenues, and developing Go-To-Market strategies. The role involves coaching AEs, managing pipeline, recruiting talent, and fostering relationships with customers and partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage, coach, and develop your team of Account Executives
  2. Provide day-to-day deal support and functional guidance to AEs
  3. Source, interview, and recruit top sales talents in coordination with recruiting and sales leaders
  4. Own and drive accurate and up-to-date AE KPI, reporting in Salesforce and provide attainment forecast guidance to sales management on a weekly basis
  5. Help define ideal AE profiles for the region

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English and at least one Central and Eastern European language
  • Sales experience in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Experience selling complex solutions
  • Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce

Nice to have

  • SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity platforms industry experience
  • Established relationships with the Cybersecurity and SaaS/Cloud community
