Sales Manager II for Uber Eats SMB Sales organization in the US&C Delivery business. Responsible for leading and scaling the sales team, driving growth, developing leaders, optimizing sales strategy, and influencing cross-functional priorities to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

  1. Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals.
  2. Drive Results: Monitor performance, quota attainment, and pipeline health to ensure consistent execution and delivery against targets.
  3. Enable Success: Conduct regular deal reviews, call observations, and performance calibrations to identify strengths and growth areas.
  4. Foster Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations) to align on market priorities and optimize performance.
  5. Strategic Influence: Serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership on short- and long-term business strategy, growth opportunities, and process improvement.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of full time expereince
  • Experience in full-cycle sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
