What you'd actually do

  1. Build a world-class sales team of 10-25 real estate agents that “wow” clients and consistently exceed Redfin sales targets.
  2. You’ll proactively reach out to customers to build trust, loyalty and ensure consistent quality in service and champion agents.
  3. You’ll actively recruit, hire, onboard and retain a diverse and inclusive team of top-performing agents using internal tools, resources and programs to drive and measure success.
  4. You’ll inspire, coach and partner with agents to ambitiously build their Redfin business and empower your team to meet or exceed their goals.
  5. You’ll model expertise in market, property and contract knowledge, setting the highest standard for service while maintaining high close, attach, and loyalty rates.

Skills

Required

  • Active real estate license
  • 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience
  • 1+ years of experience leading, developing, or mentoring agents
  • Demonstrated track-record driving successful sales
  • Track-record of driving agent productivity for others
