Samsara is seeking Inside Sales Managers to lead and support Account Executives II focusing on mid-sized organizations. The role involves coaching, hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team, focusing on sales strategy, pipeline reviews, and achieving quarterly targets. The company provides a platform for organizations dependent on physical operations to harness IoT data for insights and improvements in safety, efficiency, and sustainability across industries like agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly targets
  2. Hire new account executives and provide both onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure their growth and success
  3. Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage
  4. Create content for ongoing training and development
  5. Support account executives through professional development plans
