Sales Manager for Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace, focusing on SMB customer acquisition and team leadership within Google Cloud Platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of SMB sellers to acquire Gemini Enterprise customers for Google Workspace customers, achieve team goals to maximize business growth by focusing on motivating, enabling and developing the team to be successful.
  2. Manage the business operation to function at scale, prioritizing methods to operate more efficiently while maintaining high-touch customer engagement and leveraging partner eco-system.
  3. Manage a weekly forecasting cadence through detailed pipeline reviews. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against quarterly goals.
  4. Coach, develop and maintain a high-performing culture that attracts and retains talent.
  5. Manage productive relationships with sales development, marketing leaders, and representatives as well as our partner ecosystem, to drive strategy and execution.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technology related sales or business development at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
  • 3 years of experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, or developing team members.
  • Experience in sales management and delivering against sales attainment goals.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience managing, coaching, mentoring, and scaling technology sales teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud productivity tools, and artificial intelligence integration (specifically enterprise generative AI solutions).
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team-level quota/business attainment goals in a business-to-business (B2B) ecosystem.
