Sales Manager for Uber Eats in Prague, responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, building restaurant partnerships, driving sales strategy, and coaching the team to achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced, dynamic market.

What you'd actually do

  2. Navigate shifting priorities and internal complexity to unblock your team, resolve friction, and unlock growth opportunities for our clients.
  3. Coach and mentor your team with a focus on commercial coaching, boosting their skills to beat targets even when resources are tight or conditions are imperfect.
  4. Drive consistent execution by managing pipelines with urgency, using data to influence decisions, and ruthlessly prioritizing high-value activities over low-impact tasks.
  5. Lead through tension and tough conversations, staying resilient when facing "no" from stakeholders or clients and helping your team maintain momentum.
