Sales & Marketing Lead for the Oncology portfolio in Turkey, responsible for achieving business objectives, developing brand strategies, enhancing customer experience, and leading the sales team. Requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, with a strong understanding of therapeutic areas and market dynamics. Oncology/Hematology experience is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategically lead the sales function of the Oncology portfolio to achieve business objectives while directly executing key marketing initiatives.
  2. Develop brand strategies and solutions to enhance customer experience and portfolio performance.
  3. Lead the sales team to ensure excellence in execution and delivery of business results.
  4. Drive self and team improvement through a solid development plan and act as a leader within the organization.
  5. Demonstrate TEAM LILLY expectations (Innovate, Include, Accelerate, Deliver)

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in both sales & marketing functions in a pharmaceutical company
  • Strong pharmaceutical understanding of therapeutic areas, treatment principles, marketing aspects of bringing a brand to market and life cycle management is required
