Sales Onboarding Manager for NetSuite at Oracle, responsible for training and managing new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure job readiness within their first 90 days. This role involves facilitating onboarding curriculum, managing a team of new hires, collaborating with various internal teams, and assessing job readiness through on-the-job assessments and coaching. The focus is on developing SDRs in product knowledge, sales processes, and business functions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for facilitating new hire onboarding training in-person.
  2. Manage a team of 20 newly hired Sales Development Representatives and train for job readiness within the first 90 days.
  3. Transition SDRs to Regional SDR Managers upon completion of the onboarding program.
  4. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Curriculum Designers, HR and Regional Management.
  5. Provide analysis of job readiness by performing on-the-job assessments and coaching.

Skills

Required

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong background in sales
  • Knowledge of prospecting and sales skills for IT solutions
  • 5+ years of technology/application sales experience
  • Ability to learn new content quickly and effectively
