Sales Operations Analyst

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support their Alliances organization. The role involves building processes, analyzing data to drive sales efficiency, managing pipeline, forecasting, and creating dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Operations, a quantitative background, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Excel.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help build and run CrowdStrike’s Go-Forward Sales Operations Strategy
  2. Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive models that will help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, deliver visibility and predictability, maximize customer success and optimize monetization.
  3. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based on trends, seasonal variance, etc.
  4. Forecast Net New business and Renewals
  5. Standardize process across various GTM teams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
  • ~3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, Finance or Strategy function
  • Experience with Salesforce.com required
  • MS Excel/Google Sheets power user
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
