Sales Operations Analyst role focused on CRM operations, quoting, account management, and reporting to support the sales organization. Requires experience in sales operations, CRM systems, and data management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the sales teams with CRM operations including quoting, account ownership transfers, opportunity updates and other critical functions
  2. Facilitate system access for sales representatives through established onboarding & offboarding processes (SFDC, Clari, Tableau, etc.)
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (Order Mgmt., Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Management and Product Ops.) to drive accurate and timely reporting and communication
  4. Serve as the Field Sales point of contact for general inquiries and process guidance
  5. Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations or similar role
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CPQ, Clari, and Advanced Excel
  • Prior experience with quote building, pricing, & operational support for large customer segments or business units
  • Experience in structuring problems, taking initiative and following through with strong execution
  • Strong experience with managing large datasets via Excel
  • Strong people skills: Ability to develop relationships, drive consensus, and results from cross-functional teams
