Business Advisor / Sales Operations Analyst is a critical and highly visible role to support southern region (Cono sur) team rapid business growth. As a member of Revenue Operations team, the role will be responsible for budgeting, planning and analysis activities for SalesOps. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, autonomous and a self-starter as well as have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. A good command of English will be necessary to be successful in this role.
The Business Advisor will act as a strategic partner, delivering analysis and actionable plans across core metrics such as Consumption, Revenue, Pipeline, and Demand Generation. The role goes beyond reporting, translating insights into execution by identifying gaps, recommending actions, and supporting the field to drive results. Additionally, this position is key to ensuring effective local implementation of strategy and will play a central role in this FY planning and readiness, enabling a smooth start to the fiscal year and accelerating early performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in deal desk, deal structuring or sales operations roles
- Must be a self-starter with strong organization skills and critical thinking
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to enable informed decision making
- Detail oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be proficient in English
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen, prior sales related experience and or pricing experience a plus
