  2. Support Directors/FLMs daily by identifying risks, proposing mitigations, and ensuring follow-through.
  3. Lead Director/FLM cadences, analyze KPIs, provide recommendations, and track action-plan execution.
  4. Monitor Account and Territory Planning to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
  5. Ensure adoption of regional processes and reporting standards.
