Role: Lead First Line Manager cadences, track action items, analyze KPIs, and provide recommendations. Monitor account and territory planning, ensure process adoption, and support Director/FLM QBR presentations while identifying risks and proposing mitigations.
Responsibilities:
Core: o Join leader cadences to track Director/FLM actions and ensure disciplined execution. o Support Directors/FLMs daily by identifying risks, proposing mitigations, and ensuring follow-through. o Lead Director/FLM cadences, analyze KPIs, provide recommendations, and track action-plan execution. o Monitor Account and Territory Planning to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
Supporting: o Ensure adoption of regional processes and reporting standards. o Support Directors/FLMs in preparing QBR presentations. o Ensure Actions to Close are accurate and aligned with each opportunity’s true status, giving leadership reliable information for timely decisions.
Area Definition: The Business Operations team provides data-driven recommendations, optimizes processes, and drives actions to the area (VP/MD) achieve business results.
