Netflix is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for its Advertising team to drive execution of regional Sales Ops strategies, processes, and programs for the US and Canada sales region. The role involves building and iterating on sales go-to-market strategies, owning regional sales operations processes (forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning), analyzing sales performance, and working with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in advertising/advertising-related fields and Sales Operations, with familiarity with the digital advertising landscape.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for driving execution of regional Sales Ops strategies, processes, & programs in partnership with sales leadership for the US and Canada sales region for Netflix Ads.
  2. Build and iterate on sales go-to-market strategies including customer and product segmentation, headcount planning and sales org design, sales territory design.
  3. Own regional sales operations processes in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, monthly business reviews.
  4. Analyze sales performance and derive insights from large data sets across revenue, pipeline, product, sales process.
  5. Define, build & maintain the sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management of the UCAN advertising business.
