Figma is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with their AMER Sales team, focusing on Forecasting and Insights. This role will help scale revenue across self-service and assisted sales motions. Responsibilities include owning the global forecast, managing regional operating activities, supporting Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings, leading MBR/QBR reviews, developing performance dashboards, and maintaining data cleanliness. Requires 5+ years of sales operations experience, proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools (Sigma), and strong analytical and presentation skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the global forecast owner to drive a data-driven forecasting methodology aligned to best practices and evolving market needs
  2. Manage regional operating activities to deliver accurate, actionable insights for Sales and Finance leadership
  3. Support Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities to drive better business decisions
  4. Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing sales funnel trends, KPIs, and driving follow-up actions to improve outcomes
  5. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, leveraging AI/ML insights where applicable, to accelerate information to action across the region
