Sales Operations Partner

This role focuses on identifying, activating, and operationalizing net-new and underpenetrated accounts to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) growth. It involves enriching accounts with data, managing their entry into Salesforce, defining assignment logic, tracking engagement, and analyzing outcomes to refine whitespace strategy. The role is highly cross-functional, working with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, and GTM leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify net-new and underpenetrated, high-potential accounts not currently present in Salesforce
  2. Enrich accounts using firmographic, technographic, and intent data sources
  3. Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to ingest accounts into Salesforce
  4. Define and execute account assignment logic and routes to market
  5. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance for whitespace accounts

Skills

Required

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience working with sales and marketing data and GTM motions
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to query and manipulate datasets
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Analytics
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining new processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Experience working with Salesforce required
  • Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or similar)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
