What you'd actually do

  2. Continuously assess sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing with agency partners; identify gaps, risks, and acceleration opportunities through structured business reviews.
  3. Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies and Media Reps, including leadership in account management, planning, trading, and digital transformation.
  4. Drive the adoption and understanding of Netflix Ads platform capabilities within agency sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to position Netflix effectively to advertisers.
  5. Develop and implement frameworks that streamline workflows and improve execution quality across briefing, planning, trafficking, measurement, and reporting processes.
