Netflix is seeking a Sales Partner for its Ads business in Korea. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships with C-suite executives, and driving revenue growth within the advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of revenue growth. This is a client-facing, strategic role focused on expanding Netflix's advertising presence in the Korean market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key advertisers, and their agency partners to drive revenue growth, while leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
  2. Demonstrate strong sales acumen by rigorously evaluating sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, and translating business reviews into clear risk mitigation and acceleration actions.
  3. Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion the adoption and understanding of Netflix Ads platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
  4. Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross-border campaigns by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals.
  5. Partner closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Measurement, Ads Marketing, and Product —to ensure flawless campaign delivery and an exceptional client experience.
