What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end sales process: From prospecting and qualifying opportunities to understanding customer needs, developing tailored Transit propositions whilst using standard Uber products, negotiating agreements, and championing long-term customer success.
  2. Act with autonomy and accountability: Manage your territory like your own business — making data-driven, strategic decisions to accelerate growth, strengthen relationships, and exceed commercial targets.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with policy, legal, operations, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and deliver seamless, high-impact solutions that meet the needs of our public transport partners.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • experience engaging with public transport agencies, operators, train companies, and local or regional governments in the Nordics or UK
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships
  • strong track record of exceeding KPIs, revenue goals, and organisational objectives
  • Collaborative and strategic mindset
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • at least one of the following languages: Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, preferably Swedish
