What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct face-to-face and virtual coaching sessions in the following areas:
  2. Onboarding: Support new hire enablement and coaching for sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
  3. Territory and Account Planning: Provide guidance in the development of territory, building pipeline and crafting and executing detailed account plans to foster strong relationships, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth
  4. Opportunity Management: Offer coaching focused on opportunity and pipeline progression by helping sales teams identify challenges/risk early in the sales process, uncover upsell opportunities within existing accounts, and develop strategies for closing deals effectively
