As a Sales Excellence Coach, you will serve as a change champion, driving the adoption and successful execution of sales methodologies, processes, systems, and skill development for sales leaders, sales teams, and individual contributors. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on sales, you will proactively engage at all levels of the organization as a trusted advisor to enhance sales effectiveness, efficiency, and overall revenue growth.
Objectives: The Revenue Enablement Services (RES) Coaching Services aims to empower sales teams and enhance their performance through targeted and strategic support. Our services address the unique challenges faced by sales professionals, with the commitment to accelerating sales cycles, increasing revenue, and improving operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face and virtual coaching sessions in the following areas:
- Onboarding: Support new hire enablement and coaching for sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Territory and Account Planning: Provide guidance in the development of territory, building pipeline and crafting and executing detailed account plans to foster strong relationships, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth
- Opportunity Management: Offer coaching focused on opportunity and pipeline progression by helping sales teams identify challenges/risk early in the sales process, uncover upsell opportunities within existing accounts, and develop strategies for closing deals effectively
