What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in the operation of councils and communities that the Salesforce Japan Public Sector division belongs to.
  2. Coordinate meeting schedules and liaise with relevant parties.
  3. Prepare meeting materials and create/manage minutes.
  4. Organize and follow up on post-meeting action items.
  5. Execute ordering and contract-related tasks based on internal processes.

Skills

Required

  • Excellent business communication skills (experience coordinating internally and externally)
  • Task and schedule management skills (handling multiple tasks concurrently)
  • Experience in creating meeting minutes and documents
  • Basic PC skills
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic English reading comprehension (ability to read and write using translation tools)
  • High document creation ability in Japanese for business
  • Ability to work autonomously and sense of responsibility

  • Experience or knowledge related to government, local authorities, or the public sector
