Salesforce is seeking a Sales Program Analyst to help formulate cross-functional productivity strategy, optimize the seller experience, and drive sales growth through data-driven insights. The role involves analyzing and prioritizing sales plays, partnering with sales teams, supporting operational cadence for pipeline generation, developing specialized sales plays, and communicating key program activities. The ideal candidate has experience in Sales Programs, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or Business Intelligence/Analytics, with strong analytical, communication, and program management skills in a sales environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyse and prioritize the sales plays that should be used across Account Executives to deliver run-rate revenue at scale
  2. Partner with India sales teams and supporting teams to activate programs across the region
  3. Partner with other Sales Programs teams locally and globally to deliver pipeline health improvements at scale
  4. Support the operational cadence linked to programmatic & scalable pipe generation and pipe progression activities
  5. Develop specialized, ad hoc sales plays based on recent wins within various industries, segments, and geographies
