This role is for a Sales Programs Lead at OpenAI, responsible for defining and building the Sales Programs function from the ground up. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, designing and scaling programs to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal cycles, and improve win rates. It requires partnering with GTM leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business goals into program strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or sales programs, with strong analytical skills and a track record of building and scaling cross-functional initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity.
  2. Partner with GTM leadership to define priorities and translate business goals into program strategy.
  3. Design and scale programs that drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal cycles, and improve win rates.
  4. Translate ambiguous, strategic priorities into structured, executable, and repeatable initiatives.
  5. Own program success end-to-end, including defining metrics, tracking performance, and driving accountability.
