We are looking for high-energy, driven people who are passionate about helping sales teams succeed. Salesforce’s Sales Programs team is focused on executive-level alignment to provide insights on how to successfully and efficiently create quality pipe gen. Every sales play/program we implement has a measurable impact.You will work directly with executive sales leaders, sales teams, and front-line sales managers to understand their pipe generation and pipe progression needs, collaborate with a diverse cross-functional group of Salesforce teams across sales, marketing, enablement, strategy, and others to develop and implement a sales program to meet those needs, then measure the results and adapt the sales programs as necessary. You will work closely with your Sales Programs team members to develop and execute a single sales programs strategy to meet the collective needs of the business you support.
Who You Are The ideal candidate has either been in sales or worked closely with sales to understand their needs and mentality, combined with an understanding of how to develop and execute a structured program. Your analytical mind, executive presence, and ability to identify and solve critical problems enables you to act as a trusted adviser and business partner to Sales leaders. You are comfortable analyzing data and speaking with salespeople to identify hot spots and needs, and then are adept at working cross-functionally with teams such as sales strategy, data science, corporate marketing, product marketing, and the broader enablement team, to deliver programs that meet your sales team’s needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced. 5-7+ years of experience in supporting a sales organization through programs, enablement, strategy, or operations or management consulting.
- Analytical. You have experience monitoring pipeline metrics/data for trends, opportunities, and issues. Salesforce reporting & dashboarding experience is preferred. You are comfortable with manipulating data sets to help drive data-driven decision making.
- A go-getter. You take initiative, are proactive, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You have experience with successfully managing a large, diverse workload and experience having built and developed programs. You’re self-directed and resourceful with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- **Storyteller. **You have a proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and messaging, and experience getting C-level executives and senior stakeholders onboard with your recommendations.
- A+ Project Manager. You have an ability to balance thoroughness, high quality, and efficiency within a high volume of tasks. You understand how to build alignment and keep sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders informed. You bring clarity and structure when managing fluid expectations and evolving demands.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,200 - $236,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
