This is a Sales Recruiter role at Figma, a design platform that incorporates AI features into its product. The recruiter will focus on hiring for sales roles within the company. The role is not directly involved in the development or deployment of AI technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations (specifically Sales)
  2. Partner with Sales leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key marketing roles
  3. Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals
  4. Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change
  5. Identify, conceptualize and drive business improvement initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience in a high growth business
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in sales organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS/ scaling tech landscape and who our competitors in this space may be
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
  • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience

  • In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company
  • Experience hiring sales leadership roles at the Director level
