Sales Recruiter - Emea (ae & Adr Focus)

This role is for a Sales Recruiter focused on the EMEA region, specifically for Account Executives (AE) and Account Development Representatives (ADR). The recruiter will be responsible for 100% self-sourcing of candidates, acting as a gatekeeper for high-quality sales talent, and conducting technical assessments. The role involves executing hiring plans, owning the recruitment funnel data, partnering with Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders, and developing strategic talent acquisition skills. Requirements include agency recruiting experience, in-house SaaS sales recruiting experience, and EMEA market knowledge.

What you'd actually do

  1. Fuel the UK Mid-Market engine by delivering high-quality, targeted pipelines at pace across the UK, France, Germany, and the NetherLands.
  2. Own the response rates, passthrough rates, and talent market mapping.
  3. Work directly with GTM leaders to align on hiring strategies that move the needle.
  4. Develop strategic talent acquisition skills and move beyond execution to become a strategic talent partner.

Skills

Required

  • Agency recruiting experience
  • In-house SaaS sales recruiting experience (2-4 years)
  • EMEA market recruiting experience (UK and at least one other European market)
  • Ability to speak the language of sales and understand sales roles
  • Resilience to handle a relentless quarterly pace
  • Ability to translate agency grit into internal success
  • Ability to structure inputs (sourcing volume, message personalization, rigorous screening)
  • Ability to study conversion rates and market talent availability
  • Ability to iterate on outreach and screening questions based on data
