What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  3. Make regular visits to current and potential clients to present product information, updates, and benefits.
  4. Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper use of Eli Lilly products.
  5. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Chemistry) or related fields (Business Administration, Marketing).
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the Mexican pharmaceutical market and competition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Results-oriented and ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and own car (essential).
