Sales Representative for Advanced Surgical Healing products (Sutures and Hemostats) in Barcelona, Spain. Responsible for promoting and selling the ETHICON ASH portfolio, identifying new leads, supporting existing customers, implementing marketing strategies, and achieving sales objectives. This role involves consultative selling, educating healthcare professionals on product usage, preparing product demonstrations, monitoring competitor activity, and maintaining client relationships. The position is commission-eligible and requires strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with a Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the achievement of sales objectives in geography of responsibility
  2. Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
  3. Support the surgical team during surgical procedures
  4. Maintain a personal relationship with clients, negotiating prices, terms, and other conditions directly with the client
  5. Educate customers on all wound closure, anastomosis, repair, and hemostasis products to optimize effective use by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Medicine and Nursing preferably, although other degrees will be considered: Pharmacy, Business Administration, etc.
  • Computer skills: Windows environment and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
