Senior Sales Director – Oracle Applications (On-Prem) APAC
This is a leadership role to drive the overall Oracle Applications (On-Prem) Solutions for Oracle in the APAC region. This person will manage a team of Applications sales based in the various countries; and will be in charge of defining, developing, and executing on business initiatives that will result in heightened market growth for Oracle Applications (On-Prem) Line of Business.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver on Oracle’s growth expectations in Oracle Applications On-Prem Solutions
- Lead a regional team of middle sales managers and indirectly leading a team of in-country sales reps to achieve consistent & strong results.
- Establish a solution-selling mindset and execution in his/her sales team, in order to drive larger deals.
- Leverage smartly the combined synergy of Oracle’s reach in the marketplace.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Ability to establish and manage a high-performing team.
This is a regional role that oversees a highly diverse set of countries. Ideally has sales experience in the APAC region.
Minimum 10 years of responsibilities in a sales contributory role. At least 5 years of sales management.
Experience in Enterprises Applications Solutions required.
Self-motivated and proactive in the development and pursuit of new business.
Able to manage wide variety of tasks simultaneously, set goals and priorities, and effectively manage expectations, particularly as it pertains to forecasts.
