Senior Sales Director for Oracle Applications (On-Prem) in the APAC region, responsible for managing a team, defining business initiatives, and driving market growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver on Oracle’s growth expectations in Oracle Applications On-Prem Solutions
  2. Lead a regional team of middle sales managers and indirectly leading a team of in-country sales reps to achieve consistent & strong results.
  3. Establish a solution-selling mindset and execution in his/her sales team, in order to drive larger deals.
  4. Leverage smartly the combined synergy of Oracle’s reach in the marketplace.
