Sales Solutions Lead (apac - Tech Integrations)

Netflix is seeking a Sales Solutions Lead for APAC to specialize in data collaboration, clean room integrations, and privacy-enhanced advertising use cases. This role will partner with clients, agencies, and technology providers to design, implement, and scale media products and solutions, influencing both client strategies and internal product evolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media, advertising technology, data strategy, and clean room technologies, with excellent client-facing and consultative selling skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as subject matter expert on clean room integrations (Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Google PAIR, LiveRamp/Habu, InfoSum, etc.).
  2. Lead technical integration discovery and requirements gathering with clients, agencies, and partners to align business needs and technical solutions.
  3. Ensure all solutions meet security, privacy, and performance requirements.
  4. Develop reusable patterns, playbooks, and best practices for scalable, privacy-first activations.
  5. Translate complex data capabilities into actionable strategies for advertisers.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in digital media, advertising technology, or related technical architecture roles
  • 3+ years in data strategy, ad tech, martech, or clean room integration
  • Experience leading solution design and implementation for enterprise or large-scale advertising clients
  • Proficiency in first-party data strategies, identity resolution, and measurement frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of data clean room technologies and privacy-first audience activation with firsthand experience leveraging at least one of Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, LiveRamp/Habu, Google Ads Data Hub, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), or Google PAIR
  • Familiarity with agency tools and systems used for planning, buying, and measurement
  • Familiarity with at least one public cloud (AWS, Google, Microsoft) and common data formats, pipelines, and ETL
  • Strong SQL skills required
  • Baseline knowledge of Python required
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable API-based solutions for advertising or marketing use cases
  • Comfort interpreting and communicating API specifications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering, legal, and marketing teams
  • Excellent client-facing presentation and consultative selling skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with privacy preserving techniques (differential privacy, encryption, synthetic data) preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in advertising and audience strategies
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and related best practices
  • Ability to mentor others and foster technical knowledge sharing
