Sales Specialist role focused on growing Autodesk's Operations Solutions business, including the Autodesk Tandem digital twin platform, by implementing business plans, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, leading customer presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and partners to translate customer challenges into solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Grow the Autodesk Tandem and Autodesk Operations Solutions business in your territory through implementing your business plan and growth strategies to achieve individual sales targets and team revenue objectives
  2. Qualify and pursue new inbound leads as well as identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing Autodesk customers while collaborating with Autodesk teams within our target industries and segments
  3. Partner with Customer Success to develop customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and long-term use of Tandem.
  4. Lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative and compelling in multiple formats
  5. Apply value-based selling approaches to demonstrate measurable solutions using tailored presentations to customers

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM technology
  • Exceptional communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong well-known collaborator excelling at negotiation and consensus building
  • Exceptionally organized, execution-focused, accountable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and driven

Nice to have

  • Experience in Factory, AEC, Facility Operations or Smart Building is a plus
  • BA/BS in Business or a related discipline
