Sales Specialist, Emerging Technologies - Construction Ops

Sales Specialist role focused on identifying, developing, and driving sales opportunities for Emerging Technologies solutions within the Construction Operations domain. This role partners with account executives and technical specialists to provide product expertise throughout the sales cycle, focusing on strategic planning, technical discovery, value-based selling, and complex negotiations to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively identify and drive new, upsell, and cross-sell sales opportunities for Emerging Technologies solutions.
  2. Partner with AEs and ARs in co-selling motions to expand Emerging Technologies within existing accounts.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert within assigned product solution groups (e.g., Fusion, Water, Construction).
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to grow new revenue and scale Emerging Technologies adoption.
  5. Lead or support customer negotiations, including complex and multi-stakeholder deals.
