What you'd actually do

  1. Sell the ETHICON range of Stapling and/or Energy products as defined by the business by using a strategic sales deployment mindset into hospitals across assigned territory.
  2. Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan to line manager, reflecting the activities required in each account to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Analyze sales reports to find opportunities, recognize routine problems; analyze causes and recommend solutions
  4. Negotiate and close sales in routine situations, and with guidance when handling more complex deals
  5. Take Ownership for account management and have total visibility of account sales across Surgery Portfolios.

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record of high achievement in Medical Sales or similar high achievement track record in career and/or background
  • High impact individual with the interpersonal and communication skills to move the business forward in a competitive environment within the OR environment
  • Solid understanding of the Hospital Environment – HSE | NHS | Private Sector
  • Astute commercial drive and acuity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to confidently present complex information
  • Educated to degree level
