Sales Specialist focused on driving AI transformation for enterprise customers by positioning Microsoft's AI Business Solutions like Copilot and Viva. The role involves consultative selling, building business cases, and accelerating adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and employee/customer experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively.
  3. Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives.
  4. Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities.
  5. Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.
