This role is for a Sales Strategy Analytics Lead at Salesforce, focusing on using data and analytics to provide strategic recommendations and insights to the sales leadership team. What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the go-to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data-driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders
  2. Design and build executive-level dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to track KPIs across Nextgen products
  3. Own the end-to-end development of curated datasets and scalable reporting pipelines in Snowflake and other internal tools (Tableau Prep, Airflow)
  4. Enable and automate operational rhythms such as QBRs, APMs, G4G, and monthly business reviews by delivering high-quality insights and visuals
  5. Collaborate across functions - including finance, sales programs, operations, and product to align on goals and inform key decisions

  • Advanced SQL (Snowflake)

  • In-depth knowledge of sales related datasets / metrics e.g. acv, op, pipegen, account, aov, commit, g4g, carving, etc.
  • Experience in managing datasets, building reporting layers, and delivering BI solutions that scale
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis, and distill complex results into actionable insights
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for data and analytics
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically
  • A "get-it-done" attitude with the curiosity to explore and improve
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives
