This role is a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead for Adobe's enterprise sales team, focusing on go-to-market strategy, analytics, and operations. The successful candidate will leverage data analysis to drive operational rigor, improve processes, and identify risks and opportunities within the sales organization. This is not an AI/ML building role, but rather a sales operations role within a company that uses AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leverage structured problem-solving techniques to drive operational rigor and improve processes across Adobe’s sales organization
  2. Develop and implement frameworks to measure the health of the business
  3. Analyze raw data to find actionable insights, detect risks and opportunities, and suggest solutions for how to bolster the performance of our sales teams and products
  4. Work cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, GTM, and other key partners to effectively implement pivotal initiatives
  5. Be part of a high performing team with rich opportunities to develop as a leader
