Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

This role is for a Sales Operations Analyst at ClickHouse, a company that provides an open-source OLAP database system. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the go-to-market teams to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and analysis using Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Superset, etc..
  2. Partner with the sales team to manage the forecast and provide analysis on the forecast, pipeline, and sales outcomes
  3. Responsible for APJ deal support from quote to cash
  4. Support the creation of private offers on Cloud Service Provider platforms
  5. Provision ClickHouse Cloud credits in m3ter, issue credit refunds, and oversee trial extensions

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in a Sales Operations role in a SaaS technology company
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge with Salesforce data tables
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
  • Ability to execute and skillfully juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Systems thinking
  • Great communicator
  • Knowledge and experience of go-to-market tools (e.g. Salesforce, LeanData, Groove, etc..)
  • Knowledge of cloud and consumption based billing within SaaS technology
