What you'd actually do

  1. Deal Development: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support deal development, helping translate business requirements into structured proposals that drive measurable outcomes
  2. Product & Market Learning: Build a strong understanding of Microsoft solutions, licensing basics, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to contribute ideas and recommendations in deal discussions
  3. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and account teams to align on customer priorities, ensuring smooth coordination and effective execution of commercial plans
  4. Compliance & Governance: Follow company policies, licensing guidelines, and regulatory requirements, proactively seeking guidance to ensure deals are compliant

Skills

Required

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Economics, Math, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to support sales strategy enablement and business analysis activities
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated tech passion or curiosity about digital tools, data platforms, or AI
  • Academic or project experience in analytics, data interpretation, or reporting
