What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end development of tools that track marketing engagement and strategic events.
  2. Incubate and scale AI-driven solutions and "agentic" interfaces (like Slack-integrated bots) to automate workflows and highlight business opportunities.
  3. Maintain and improve the global tracking systems that keep our sales programs running smoothly.
  4. Provide expert support to global users through office hours and troubleshooting to ensure 100% problem resolution.
  5. You will shape the global roadmap for sales technology, gaining deep experience in enterprise-scale AI implementation and cross-functional leadership.

Skills

Required

  • At least 5 years in Sales Strategy, Program Management, or Product Management.
  • Proven ability to manage a product roadmap, balancing user needs with technical limits and company goals.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data, sales processes, and business logic.
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure like Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Airflow.
  • A "you-build-it-you-run-it" mindset with the grit to push projects past blockers and through to completion.
