Sales Strategy & Operations Lead — Public Sector

This role is a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead for the Public Sector, focusing on strategic business partnership, forecasting, pipeline health, modeling, and GTM efficiency. It requires strong analytical and modeling skills, experience in B2B SaaS, and public sector familiarity. The role is embedded in sales execution and strategy, not a back-office function.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary strategic business partner to the Head of Public Sector Sales, supporting global planning, execution, and decision-making.
  2. Own forecasting and pipeline health for the Public Sector business, including rollups, risk assessment, scenario modeling, and executive readouts.
  3. Lead and operate Pipeline Council / Deal Reviews, ensuring rigor, consistency, and actionable follow-ups.
  4. Own our Quarterly Business Review (QBR) in partnership with the Head of Public Sector Sales.
  5. Build and maintain advanced models covering pipeline coverage, conversion, capacity, and attainment.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy
  • Experience in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills
  • Strong business judgment
  • Comfortable operating globally across regions, time zones, and sales motions

Nice to have

  • Public Sector experience
  • familiarity with longer sales cycles, procurement complexity, and deal governance
  • SQL
