What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct retention analysis, perform cohort analysis to identify churn or expansion reasons, and build predictive models to flag "at-risk" accounts.
  2. Lead cross-functional initiatives, owning the roadmap, milestones, and internal enablement for new programs or tool transitions.
  3. Identify bottlenecks in the customer lifecycle, designing and implementing scalable workflows that reduce manual tasks for the Sales Team and Partners.
