Stripe is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations professional to partner with sales leadership in EMEA to drive go-to-market strategies, operational processes, and business analytics. This role involves collaborating on strategy development, resource planning, quota setting, sales process optimization, and managing core business rhythms like forecasting and business reviews. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience in sales operations or related fields within a high-growth tech environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in developing go-to-market strategy, resource plan and key organizational metrics.
  2. Create and manage operational processes such as portfolio design, target setting and headcount strategy.
  3. Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to manage forecasting, translate business needs into actionable operational plans, and identify risks and opportunities to support strategic decision making.
  4. Own core rhythm-of-business processes, including weekly forecasting, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and OKR tracking, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment against business priorities.
  5. Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
