What you'd actually do

  1. Develop strategies and frameworks based on analysis result to enhance activity at Salesforce Commercial sales team.
  2. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive sales activities.
  3. Manage and execute programs in collaboration with stakeholders within Salesforce.
  4. Assist and collaborate with Japan and Global executives in decision-making, program design and development, project management, and initiative implementation.
  5. Review, design, and execute improvements to the Partner organization structure.

  • Expertise in Excel
  • Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to present ideas to executive audiences and manage upwards effectively
  • Advanced time management skills, including experience planning and leading strategic initiatives and program management
  • Degree from university, preferably in an analytical discipline such as engineering, computer science, economics, etc. Or 5+ years of equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales and marketing or project management, or new business development is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and direct multiple teams and departments
  • Fluent Japanese
