Sales Support Analyst (temporary Contract)

This role is a temporary Sales Support Analyst position at Oracle, focusing on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and sales-related requests. The analyst will ensure accurate and efficient processing of deals, maintain data integrity across systems, coordinate approvals, and collaborate with various internal teams. The role also involves identifying process efficiencies and adopting new tools, including AI-enabled ones, to improve operations. The position requires afternoon shift coverage and flexibility during quarter-end periods, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage incoming customer and internal sales-related requests using Oracle systems and tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud/Fusion, OSvC, CSS GAM, and other relevant internal platforms.
  2. Review request details for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before progressing them through the required workflow.
  3. Enter, update, match, and synchronize information across systems to help prevent errors, delays, or process gaps.
  4. Track each request through completion, ensuring that required approvals, updates, and handoffs are completed on time.
  5. Support complex or non-standard requests by analyzing the issue, identifying required next steps, and coordinating resolution.
