This role is for a Sales Talent Pipeline Lead at Grafana Labs, a 12-month contract position focused on building and managing a pipeline of potential sales candidates before specific roles become vacant. The responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, and nurturing passive talent, acting as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, and maintaining CRM data. The ideal candidate will have a background in talent acquisition, executive search, or enterprise sales, with strong instincts in marketing, sales, and data analysis. Experience with AI and automation tools is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own segmented pipelines for our most critical sales roles — Enterprise AE, Solutions Engineer, Regional Sales Director, and beyond.
  2. Lead with career conversations, not job pitches.
  3. Act as an ambassador for Grafana Labs among passive sales talent.
  4. Own the full candidate lifecycle in your pipeline: segment by role, seniority, readiness, and geography.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a sales role with a strong talent-spotting track record
  • Hands-on CRM/ATS experience
